Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 70 g sugar
  • 3 g nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 110 ml milk
  • 80 g natural yogurt
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • Food coloring, colorful

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Made from fluffy yogurt dough

This amount is enough for about 8 regular donuts. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, nutmeg, and salt. Melt the butter, then mix it in a bowl with the egg yolk, 80 ml milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Place the batter in a piping bag and fill a donut mold. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Then let it cool slightly. For the glaze, mix the remaining milk with the powdered sugar. Divide the glaze evenly among 6 small bowls. Add a different food coloring to each bowl and mix it into the glaze. Stack the six glazes on a large plate to create a rainbow. Dip the top half of the donuts into the glaze. Let it dry thoroughly.
