Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g Oreo cookies
- 150 g butter
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 150 ml cream
- e.g. pistachios

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 30 minutes
For those with a sweet tooth
Place 300g of Oreo cookies in a blender and grind. Melt the butter and add it to the cookie crumbs. Mix everything together well. Pour the mixture into a tart pan or shallow cake tin and press down firmly. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to cool. Heat the chocolate and cream while stirring until the chocolate melts. Spread the chocolate cream over the cooled base. Roughly break up the remaining Oreo cookies and sprinkle over the tart. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with finely chopped pistachios before serving, if desired.
