  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 small bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of herbs, Italian
  • 4 servings of spaghetti, approx. 500 g
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of salami
  • 1 dash of cream, optional
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 43 minutes

Quick and easy recipe

Chop the onion and bell pepper as finely as possible. Cut the ham slices into long strips about 0.5 cm thick. Cut the salami into small pieces. Add the oil to a pan and heat gently. Brown the onion and bell pepper. After a while, add the ham and salami and fry for a while. Stir in the crème fraîche. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a dash of cream to the crème fraîche. At the same time, cook the spaghetti in a pot of salted water until al dente, drain, add to the pan, toss with the sauce, and serve. A recommended side dish is tomato and mozzarella salad, which tastes refreshing with the warm pasta.
