Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 1 few breadcrumbs
- 1 little salt and pepper
- ½ package of feta cheese
- 1 package of bacon cut into strips
- little oil

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
quick and easy
Dice half an onion and place it in a bowl with the minced meat, egg, mustard, and breadcrumbs. Season well with salt and pepper and mix everything together thoroughly. Slice the feta. Form the minced meat into equal-sized balls and flatten them. Place a piece of feta on each of the meatballs, completely enclosing them with the meatball mixture. Wrap bacon around the meatballs and place them in a hot pan. Fry over medium heat until the meatballs are cooked and the bacon is nicely browned and crispy.
