Lettuce with cranberry vinaigrette

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • some salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp cranberries (jar, drained)
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim, wash, and spin dry the lettuce and lamb’s lettuce. Tear the lettuce into large pieces. Finely chop the chives. Mix the lemon juice, salt, and sugar. Mix in the cranberries, chives, and olive oil. Sprinkle over the salad just before serving.
