- 750 g potatoes
- 10 ml oil
- 150 g ham, raw, lean, diced
- 400 ml sweet cream
- 50 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- nutmeg

super easy, quick and without egg
Wash, peel, and thinly slice the potatoes. Grease a baking dish with oil and arrange the potato slices in the dish in a shingle pattern. Arrange the diced ham on top. Mix the cream with plenty of salt, a little pepper, paprika, and freshly grated nutmeg, and drizzle over the potato slices. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Set the oven to 160°C (convection oven), do not preheat, add the potato gratin, and bake for about 50-60 minutes. It’s ready when the potatoes in the center of the dish are soft.
