Potato casserole with zucchini

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 5 thick potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 sausages, Vienna sausages
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp processed cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • some vegetable broth, instant
  • 150 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Dice the zucchini and onion and fry or lightly sauté them in a pan. Add the cream, milk, processed cheese, and seasonings, and simmer briefly. Place the potatoes and chopped wieners in the casserole dish and pour the mixture from the pan over the sausages. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at approximately 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
