  • 300 g meat sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • ketchup
  • oil
  • some milk
  • a little paprika powder
  • Water (salt water)

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Meanwhile, fry the sliced ​​sausage in oil in a pan. Add a little milk (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan), add the eggs, and stir well until the milk and eggs are well combined. Add the pasta and fry. Add ketchup to taste and season with salt, pepper, and paprika (not everyone likes it). There are many ways to adapt this recipe, for example, by adding onions or a little garlic. A quick and easy dish that our children especially love.
