Pasta with pine nut and feta pesto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 80 g Parmesan
  • 40 basil leaves
  • 2 packs of pine nuts
  • 120 g rapeseed oil
  • ½ tsp herbal salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 1 pack of shepherd’s cheese (feta, cow’s milk cheese)
  • 400 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the garlic, Parmesan, basil, and pine nuts using a hand blender or other chopper and place them in a large bowl. Cut the feta into small pieces and add it as well. Add the rapeseed oil, herb salt, pepper, and tomato paste and mix everything well. Cook the pasta as usual and serve with the pesto.
