Salmon fillet à la Bordelaise

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 60 g butter, salted
  • 40 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • some garlic
  • 2 dashes lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Thaw the salmon (if frozen) and place it in a greased baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread over the salmon. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and cook the fish for 18 minutes. Then set the oven to the grill setting at 250°C (480°F) and brown the crust for about 2 minutes.
