Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup nuts, ground
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy, super tasty

Combine the sour cream and eggs in a bowl, then measure the remaining ingredients using a sour cream measuring cup. Add the sugar, oil, and nuts and mix everything together. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Stir the two mixtures together until a smooth batter forms. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (preheated) for about 45 minutes.
