Green pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle, green
  • 200 g peas, frozen or fresh
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 125 g yogurt
  • 70 g cream
  • 70 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • chives
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle, then toss with a little sunflower oil. Cook the peas until tender, trim the bell peppers and finely chop them. Peel the eggs and finely chop them. Mix the yogurt, cream, and mayonnaise together and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Finely chop the chives, finely chop the parsley, and add to the marinade. Mix with the salad ingredients and season again to taste.
