Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Dice the tomatoes and chicken breast. I like to deseed the tomatoes. Cut the cheese, onion, and lettuce into strips, and wash the lettuce. Place all ingredients individually into small bowls. Fry the raw ham until crispy and also place it in a small bowl. Mix the yogurt, mustard, crushed garlic, mayonnaise, and herbs in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Fry the chicken cubes until crispy and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Heat the flatbreads in the microwave or oven according to the package instructions. Place everything in small bowls on the table, top the flatbreads as desired, roll them up, and eat immediately. Of course, other types of lettuce or meat can be used, depending on your taste.
