Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section, 275 g
- ½ can condensed milk, sweetened
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator about 10 minutes before preparation. Then roll it out and spread about 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk on it. Loosely roll it up from the narrow side. Cut into 1-2 cm wide slices and place in a greased baking dish. Be careful, as the condensed milk may drip out. Then pour the remaining condensed milk over the snails. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. They’re done when they start to brown slightly.
