Quick chocolate pudding cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mascarpone (mascarino)
  • 250 ml cream (whipping cream)
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • n. B. sugar
  • n. B. Cocoa powder, unsweetened

First, whip the cream with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form, then stir in the mascarpone. Then add the vanilla sugar, sugar or birch sugar, and cocoa powder, and stir in as well. It’s best to always start with a little less sugar and cocoa powder, taste, and slowly add more until you achieve the desired flavor. Note: Tastes like chocolate pudding, but without having to make a pudding. The cream can be used in any way you like, e.g., as the cream for a layered dessert with ladyfingers, or simply on its own in portion bowls. You can be creative here. I made enough for four dessert bowls with a diameter of 9 cm and a height of 5 cm.
