Fruit dessert with freshly squeezed orange juice

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • ½ liter orange juice, freshly squeezed or ready-made product of the best quality
  • 2 tbsp, levelled sugar
  • 1 tbsp, levelled vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, cream or vanilla
  • 1 cup whipped cream, for decoration.
  • 1 tsp, heaped vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

My son doesn’t like fruit desserts, but he really enjoyed this

Squeeze the orange juice and pour it into a saucepan. Take about 5 tablespoons and mix it with the sugar and pudding mix. Bring the orange juice to a boil in a saucepan and stir in the pudding mix. Bring to a boil briefly and pour into dessert bowls. Makes 5 servings of about 100g each. Let cool. I use organic oranges and homemade vanilla sugar, and if possible, organic pudding mix or pudding mix from a health food store. Whip the whipped cream and vanilla sugar until stiff and pipe tufts onto the dessert using a piping bag.
