Ice cream confectionery with a twist!

Blend the cookies with the cream cheese until smooth and chill the mixture thoroughly in the freezer. Then roll the mixture into balls and chill them again. Melt the chocolate and adjust the mixture to your liking. Cover the balls with chocolate and let them set. You can then either enjoy them as chocolates and store them in the refrigerator, or you can put them in the freezer and serve them as a variation on ice cream, which is my favorite.
