Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g sugar
- 75 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 1 jar sour cherries
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat 1 egg with butter and 80g sugar until fluffy. Sift the flour, mix with the baking powder, and mix with the egg mixture to form a dough. Roll it out thinly. Spread the dough evenly over the bottom and sides of a greased springform pan. Whisk the sour cream, cream, 80g sugar, custard powder, and 1 egg until smooth. Drain the cherries well and carefully fold in. Pour the entire mixture into the pastry-lined springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
