simply
Grind the salted peanuts into flour using a food processor. Grate the hard cheese (preferably a spicy one). Cut the vegetables—I always use leftovers from the fridge—into strips or cubes. Briefly blanch any hard vegetables. Place all ingredients in a bowl, knead well, and season as desired, then let stand for about 10 minutes. Form the mixture into dumplings or flat patties. Place the dumplings in hot water. The water should not boil, just simmer gently. As soon as the dumplings rise to the surface, remove them from the pot. Finally, place the patties in a pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. The patties are a good side dish to salad.
