Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 1 tbsp harissa or chili sauce, hot
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth
- 1 onion(s)
- pepper
- Salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the spaghetti al dente. Meanwhile, sauté the onion and ground beef in butter, stirring constantly. Add the passata and herbs de Provence. Once boiling, stir in the finely chopped basil, harissa (or chili sauce), white wine, and vegetable stock. After about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper, remove from the heat, and pour over the spaghetti. Sprinkle with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese, if desired.
