  • 75 g pasta, spiral pasta made from durum wheat semolina, raw weight
  • 70 g onion(s)
  • 70 g ham (Katenschinken), diced
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 20 g cheese, savory, grated
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

fast – cheap – filling

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, but do not drain completely. Dice the onion and ham and fry in oil until light brown. Stir in the sour cream and simmer slightly. Add the cooked pasta, sprinkle with the grated cheese, and stir until the cheese is melted.
