Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 450 g leaf spinach (frozen), chopped
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 200 g feta cheese
- 500 ml milk
- 2 shallots
- salt and pepper
- 450 g pasta
- salt water
- some oil or fat
- salt and pepper

Finely slice the shallots and sauté them in a large saucepan with a little oil or fat. Add the bacon cubes and fry briefly. Add the thawed spinach and heat through. Pour in the milk and simmer. Dice the feta cheese and add it. Continue stirring until the cheese is completely melted. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, then drain. Divide among deep plates and pour the sauce over the top.
