Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream, whipped
  • 2 tbsp apple compote
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • some vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A very simple, delicious dessert, as served in Parisian student kitchens in the 80s.

Mix the yogurt with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Then carefully fold in the apple compote and whipped cream.
