- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 tbsp almonds, sliced
- 100 ml milk
- 10 drops of sweetener
- 1 tbsp raisins

Grate the carrots with a food processor, making sure the pieces aren’t too fine; they should still be noticeable as small pieces in your mouth. Combine the carrots, low-fat quark, sliced almonds, and milk in a bowl and mix with a spoon. The amount of milk depends on the size of the carrots; the consistency should be roughly like muesli thickened with yogurt. Finally, sweeten to taste, add the raisins, and mix thoroughly again.
