Spread the love

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 30 pork schnitzels, approx. 3 mm thin (Italian style) sliced
  • 30 slice(s) bacon or ham
  • 5 cups of cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup processed cheese with herbs
  • 2 Camemberts (Brie)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • pepper
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Party dish in the oven

Season the schnitzel slices with pepper and place the ham on top – the meat should be covered with ham. If the meat is too large, cut it in half! Roll both together and place the rolls side by side in a baking dish. Briefly bring the cream to a simmer, then slowly stir in the crème fraîche and the processed cheese. Remove the white layer from the Brie, cut the rest into pieces, and add. Season this sauce generously with Chinese spice (it can become beautifully pink) and pour it over the rolls. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat: 175°C) for about 90 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil, if desired, to prevent the top layer from overbrowning. Serve hot. Serve with a green salad and baguette. Note: Allow 3 to 4 rolls per person.
