Pork fillet easy and quick

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 pork fillets
  • 300 g Black Forest ham, thinly sliced
  • Fat for the mold
  • 250g Gorgonzola
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cut the pork fillets into approximately 7 cm thick slices. Wrap a wafer-thin slice of ham around each piece and place them side by side in a greased baking dish. Chop the Gorgonzola cheese or mash it with a fork, mix it with the crème fraîche, and pour it over the fillets. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for approximately 50 minutes. Serve with basmati rice.
