Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500g tortellini
  • 300 g minced pork
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of milk (use a cream cup as a measure)
  • garlic powder
  • broth, instant
  • Salt
  • pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick and easy

Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with water. Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion. Brown it in a pan. Add the minced meat and brown it. Add the tomato paste, then deglaze with the cream and milk. Add the seasonings to taste. Add the tortellini to the sauce and mix everything together. Then transfer everything to a baking dish. Spoon the sour cream over the tortellini, a teaspoon at a time, and sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned. Tip: Instead of the minced meat, you can also use 1 pack of cooked ham.
