- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 400 g nuts, ground
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (heaped)
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder

Briefly beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add the nuts mixed with breadcrumbs and baking powder and mix well. Grease a loaf pan, line it with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and smooth it out. Bake for 55-65 minutes at 150°C (fan oven).
