  • 300 g margarine, vegetable
  • 300 g sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fruit of your choice, e.g. 2 jars of cherries or 6-7 apples
  • 200 g margarine, vegetable
  • 200 sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

The ingredients are for one baking sheet. Place the ingredients for the base in a bowl and knead with your hands. Now place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roll it out using a glass. It’s best to sprinkle a little flour over the dough so it rolls out better and nothing sticks to the glass. Peel the desired fruit if necessary and cut it into small pieces and place it on the base. Now place the ingredients for the crumble topping in a bowl and knead. Then spread the crumble topping on the cake. Now bake at approx. 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes until the crumble is golden brown.
