Cucumber and Radish Salad with Corn
The perfect cucumber and radish salad with corn recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salad dressing:
- 1 bunch Radishes fresh
- 1 bunch Corn grains
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- Fresh dill
- 50 ml Salad sauce from below
- 150 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 tsp Fenugreek powder
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 1 tbsp Telly cherry pepper
- 1 tbsp Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- 50 ml Vinegar
- 50 ml Rapeseed oil
- Salad (leaf lettuce)
- Arugula
- Make a salad dressing from the above ingredients. Mix all the ingredients well and only add the oil at the end so that the spices develop better!
- Wash the cucumber and peel any bruises etc. a little. Halve the cucumber if necessary and hollow out the seeds with an apple corer. Those who like the kernels leave them in, too much of the cucumber for me! 🙂 Then grate into slices. Clean and wash the radishes and also grate them into slices. Salt everything a little and drain in a colander.
- Drain the corn as well. Then put everything in a bowl, add the yogurt, dill and salad dressing and mix well! Let it steep for at least an hour!
- In the meantime, clean, wash and spin the salad of your choice! Then prepare schnitzel! Breaded cheese schnitzel from the oven
