Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 kg apples
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grandma’s way

Peel and slice the apples. Mix all ingredients together and fold the apple slices into the batter. Spread the batter onto a greased baking sheet and bake at approximately 220°C for about 30 minutes.
