Green pasta with cheese and cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 500 g tagliatelle, green
  • Salt
  • Aromat
  • some margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For the sauce, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Sauté both in a pan with a little margarine. Add the heavy cream, crème fraîche, and processed cheese and mix well. Season the sauce with salt and seasoning. Finally, fold in the cooked ham, cut into small strips. Cook the tagliatelle until al dente, drain, and serve with the sauce. Serve with crusty baguette and a fresh mixed salad.
