Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • 2 dl cream
  • ½ lemon(s), untreated
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grate the lemon zest and squeeze the juice, then mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Finely grate the apples (with the skin on if you like) and fold them into the sugar mixture along with the cinnamon. Carefully fold in the cream.
