Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 100 ml orange juice
- 1 banana(s)
- 100 g raspberries, frozen
- 25 g ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 1 pinch of ground pepper
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp fruit sauce
- 2 tsp linseed oil
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients except the turmeric powder and flaxseed oil in a blender. Mix the turmeric and flaxseed oil in a cup until smooth, then add them to the blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes.
