Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ banana(s)
  • 2 kiwis
  • ¼ Galia melon or honeydew melon
  • 4 tbsp yogurt, 1.5% fat
  • 3 tbsp oat flakes, instant or regular oats

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegetarian, ready in 5 minutes

Chop the fruit and place it in a smoothie maker or blender. If you like, you can puree the fruit to achieve a smooth consistency. Then add the yogurt and oats and blend again. It’s perfect for breakfast or just as a snack. Adding more oats will give it a slightly thicker consistency that’s easy to spoon.
