- ½ banana(s)
- 2 kiwis
- ¼ Galia melon or honeydew melon
- 4 tbsp yogurt, 1.5% fat
- 3 tbsp oat flakes, instant or regular oats

Chop the fruit and place it in a smoothie maker or blender. If you like, you can puree the fruit to achieve a smooth consistency. Then add the yogurt and oats and blend again. It’s perfect for breakfast or just as a snack. Adding more oats will give it a slightly thicker consistency that’s easy to spoon.
