Broccoli and salmon sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g salmon fillet(s)
  • ½ head of broccoli
  • 500 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 1 tsp stock powder
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly sauce thickener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the broccoli into florets. Remove the skin from the salmon fillet and cut into cubes. Heat the milk in a saucepan and stir in the bouillon powder. Simmer the broccoli and salmon in the milk. Season with salt and pepper and thicken with a little sauce thickener, if desired. We served this with whole-wheat pasta.
