with mushrooms
Drain the mushrooms and fry them in a little oil with the paprika. Toast the toast on the lowest heat and spread with butter. Place a slice of cooked ham on each slice of toast, then place the pineapple on top. Fill the hole in the pineapple slices with the fried mushrooms; it’s okay if they overflow a little. Finally, top each slice with a slice of Gruyère or three slices of processed cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) (180°C fan/convection oven) for 5 minutes.
