Cream the butter until fluffy, add the quark, baking powder, and semolina, and mix. Dice the apricots. Fold the sugar, eggs, lemon juice, raisins, flaked almonds, and apricots into the quark mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 45 minutes. It can be served with vanilla sauce and can also be made with seasonal fruit.
