  • Paprika powder, sweet

  • Broth, granulated
  • 2 tsp parsley, chopped, frozen or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for a small appetite

Cut the fillet into approximately 1 cm thick strips. Spread out on a board and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle with a little flour. Heat oil in a pan and sear the meat on all sides for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the sour cream, bring to a boil, and season with granulated stock. Add 1 teaspoon of parsley and, if desired, more pepper. Toast the bread in the toaster until golden brown and serve lukewarm on plates. Spread the ragù on top (leaving one or two corners of the toast free for a more attractive appearance). Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
