- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 250 g raspberries
- 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder
- 240 ml coconut milk
- n. B. Seasonal fruits and berries
- n. B. Desiccated coconut

a fruity, filling breakfast
Mix the chia seeds with raspberries and vanilla powder. Pour in the coconut milk and continue stirring. Transfer everything to a bowl and let the mixture set overnight in the refrigerator. Serve the pudding garnished with sliced banana or other fruit of your choice and, if desired, shredded coconut. 440 kcal per serving.
