Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- ½ dl broth
- n. B. spice(s)
- n. B. herbs
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Roughly chop the mushrooms and fry them lightly in a little rapeseed oil. Deglaze the mushrooms with the broth and let it simmer slightly. Place the mushrooms in a bowl, pour over the white wine vinegar, and season to taste; basil, for example, is delicious. Enjoy the salad while still lukewarm.
