  • 700 g porcini mushrooms, fresh
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemons

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the porcini mushrooms and slice them into fairly thin slices. Coat them in flour and place them side by side on a work surface, seasoning with salt and pepper. Beat the egg and coat the slices first in the flour, then in the breadcrumbs. Heat the olive oil in a wide, shallow pan. Add the unpeeled garlic cloves. Fry the mushroom slices until golden brown on both sides. Place the mushrooms on warmed plates and serve with halved lemons. This way, each guest can add their own flavor to their mushrooms.
