Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 3 Pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 small onions
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 200 g cheese, grated
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the flatbread in half horizontally and then quarter each half. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cut all the other ingredients, except for the flatbread and cheese, into small pieces and mix. Then spread the mixture evenly on the bread. Bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes, then sprinkle with the cheese and continue baking until the desired degree of browning is achieved.
