Chicken breast on crispy bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) farmer’s bread
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 150 g chicken breast
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • some mayonnaise
  • some BBQ sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Salt the chicken breast and fry it in a grill pan. Then cut it into strips. Meanwhile, brush the farmhouse bread with olive oil, season with salt, and fry it in a pan over low heat until crispy on both sides. Spread the bread with mayonnaise. Chop the lettuce and spread it over the mayonnaise. Place the chicken breast strips on top and drizzle with the BBQ sauce. Approx. 439 kcal per serving.
