Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g butter, soft
  • some water
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp sautéed oregano
  • 1 tsp, sautéed basil
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp, heaped cornstarch
  • 2 pinch(s) paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 organic lemon(s), zest
  • 1 tbsp, heaped Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk all ingredients together vigorously. Then toss with cooked spaghetti or other pasta. Tip: The butter can also be used as grilling butter.
