Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g cream
- 1 large egg(s)
- 250g spaghetti
- 75 g ham, diced
- 100 g processed cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk together the cream and egg, season with salt and pepper. Cook the spaghetti as usual until al dente. Brown the ham cubes in a large (!) pan. Add the cream cheese to the ham cubes and stir to combine. Add the spaghetti to the pan. Add the cream and egg mixture over low heat (if it’s too hot, the egg will curdle too quickly and become flaky), mix everything well, and serve immediately.
