Baked tomato toast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1 spring onion(s) or shallot
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, with herbs
  • oregano
  • herbal salt
  • rosemary
  • marjoram
  • sage
  • 2 slices of processed cheese
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 shot of Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the cherry tomatoes and the spring onions or shallots and place them in a bowl. Season with oregano, sage, rosemary, marjoram, herb salt, and Maggi. Spread the slices of toast with cream cheese and top with the tomato mixture. Place a slice of processed cheese on each slice of toast and bake for 5-7 minutes in a fan-assisted oven at 180°C.
