Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 240 g peanuts, unsalted
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened, cooked to 200 g caramel
  • 200 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 50 minutes

Very tasty – completely without flour

Finely grind the peanuts. Melt the butter and mix with the caramel. Combine the peanuts with the baking powder and add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and eggs. Add the butter-caramel mixture and mix well. Grease a 26cm springform pan. Pour in the batter and bake at 160°C for about 40 minutes. Tip for making caramel: Boil sweetened condensed milk in a sealed can of water for 2 hours. The can must always be completely covered with water. Let it cool completely before opening. This is a good pre-made product.
