Pear and nut toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp hazelnuts, ground
  • 80 g butter
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 slices of toast
  • 4 slices of cheese (butter cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Briefly roast the hazelnuts in a pan without fat. Stir in the softened butter, season with salt and pepper. Wash and peel the pears, cut them into thin slices, and drizzle with lemon juice. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Spread the toast with hazelnut butter, arrange the pears on top, halve the cheese slices, and place them on top. Bake for 10 minutes.
